Selected from a pool of national finalists, McNee earned the honor by submitting a remarkably thorough 21-page, 366-line estimate for a damaged 2022 Toyota Camry XSE—valued at over $20,000. His entry stood out for its precision, depth of OEM procedure knowledge, and attention to safety-critical operations. The award recognizes professionals who exemplify excellence, integrity, and leadership in collision repair planning, and McNee’s dedication to SOPs, continuing education, and shop-wide efficiency made him a standout choice.
